Hi Acupressure Friends,

I want to share two useful Acupressure points, practical applications, and valuable tips. You'll be able to use these points for relieving various discomforts, like indigestion and gastrointestinal pain, as well as for preventing a ton of common problems.

These points relieve: indigestion, stomachaches, cramps, body aches, flus, intercostal pains and eating disorders. I'll give you a lot more information about each point below.

GV26, between the base of your nose and to top of your lip, actually clears your brain and your nose, alleviates pain, cramps, fainting, dizziness, hay fever, eye twitches and spasms. Press firmly so the pressure goes into the center of your upper gum.

If you're ever in a very difficult situation or in an emergency and you loose your ability to cope, press GV26 firmly to bring you back into your body.  Children can use it during a test at school to think more clearly; you can use it to counteract all kinds of daily stress. Hold the point for one to two minutes as you take several slow, long, deep breaths.

                Acupressure Point Sp16

Location: Below the edge of your rib cage is a useful digestive aid and solar plexus Acupressure point (Sp16) known as "Abdominal Sorrow".

Fingertips Applications: Place your fingertips onto the bottom of your rib cage, in a line straight below your earlobe. Feel for an indentation at the base of your ribs.

Instructions: Hold on both sides with your fingers curved, pressing on an angle towards your armpits. Hold steady for two minutes as you take slow, deep breaths. Make your pressure firm enough to feel a tiny soreness. End by holding lightly for 20 more seconds.

Benefits: Relieves indigestion, appetite imbalances, abdominal cramps, rib pain, gas pains, and even hiccups.

Curve your fingers, placing them on the base of your rib cage, below your nipple. Hold these points firmly for one or two minutes as you take long, deep breaths.

Here's a detailed instructional video on how to find and use Sp16.

I hope you'll save this email and even share it.

With healing wishes,

Michael
